  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.
  • All pre-sale orders are final. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted unless specified below.

3. Estimated Release Dates

  • The release dates provided are estimates based on information from manufacturers.
  • Legendary Sports Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers.

4. Allocation and Availability

  • Product allocations may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., distributor shortages). In such cases:
    • Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

5. Shipping and Pickup

  • Pre-sale orders will be shipped or available for in-store pickup within 1-3 business days of receiving inventory.
  • If purchasing online, ensure your shipping address is up to date.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds will only be issued if:
    • The product is canceled by the manufacturer.
