Card Grading Terms & Conditions
At Legendary Sports Collectibles (LSC), we strive to make the grading process simple, secure, and hassle-free. Please review the following terms before submitting your cards for grading.
Submission Process
Customers are responsible for completing a agreement Submission Form before any cards are accepted for grading.
Our staff will professionally clean, prep, package, and organize your cards to meet the submission requirements of the selected grading company. Cards will be submitted using the service level selected by the customer and according to the grading company's current submission schedule.
Payment Policy
All grading fees, preparation fees, shipping costs, insurance, and applicable service charges must be paid in full before your cards are shipped to the grading company.
Once a submission has been mailed to the grading company, all fees become non-refundable.
Any additional charges assessed by the grading company, including declared value adjustments, service upgrades, or other applicable fees, remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before cards are returned.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided directly by each grading company and are not guaranteed.
Legendary Sports Collectibles has no control over processing times once cards leave our facility.
Delays caused by grading companies, shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Liability & Insurance
Legendary Sports Collectibles serves solely as a professional submission service and acts as an intermediary between the customer and the selected grading company.
While every submission is handled with the utmost care, LSC cannot guarantee grading outcomes or authentication decisions, as these are determined exclusively by the grading company.
LSC is not responsible for:

Final grades or authentication decisions

Changes in grading standards or policies

Damage, loss, or theft occurring while cards are in the possession of the grading company or shipping carrier

Delays outside of our control
Customers may request additional shipping insurance for added protection when submitting their cards.
Grading Results
Card grading is subjective.
No grade, minimum grade, autograph grade, or authentication result can ever be guaranteed by Legendary Sports Collectibles.
Submission of a card does not guarantee that it will receive a particular grade or authenticate successfully.
Cancellations & Changes
Once a submission has been processed and shipped to the grading company, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Customers are encouraged to verify all card information, declared values, and selected service levels before authorizing submission.
Card Return
Once grading is complete and your cards have been returned to Legendary Sports Collectibles, we will notify you promptly.
Customer Agreement
By submitting cards through Legendary Sports Collectibles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You understand that:
Card grading is subjective.
Turnaround times are estimates only.
Fees become non-refundable once cards are submitted.
Legendary Sports Collectibles is not responsible for grading outcomes or delays caused by the grading company or shipping carrier.
